"A Teacher – is an architect of our future generation." The key factor that can change our country’s status from a ‘Developing’ country to a ‘ Developed’ country is ‘Education’ and pivotal role of the teacher in education cannot be overlooked.

Keeping this in view, Seth Pokhar Mal Educational Society (SPMES) decided to start Rukmini Devi College Of Education (RDCOE) to cultivate ‘ a group of Educators’ who can deliver quality education to the masses and can prepare students to strive in an increasingly diverse society, driven by technology.

RDCE, located in North West Delhi is housed separately in the campus of Rukmini Devi Public School, Rohini. The campus is well designed and equipped with necessary infrastructure to facilitate quality services. The Institute caters to recognized course, Early Childhood Care Education (ECCE) to develop potential teachers who can make a difference.
